A shared
understanding.

The initial release is an original-design catalog with manual ordering. Submitting an order creates an unpaid request, not a completed sale. The operator must confirm garment specifications, commercial permissions, production, shipping, taxes, return terms, and the payable total before taking payment.

References and ownership.

Games, films, and other cultural titles may appear as Lore subjects. Their names and related rights belong to their respective owners. The Lore Club does not imply affiliation, endorsement, or a commercial license. Sample designs are original geometric studies and do not reproduce third-party artwork.

Studio responsibility.

Administrators must review image-generation results and confirm that they have the necessary rights before making products public. AI generation itself does not establish commercial rights. Unreviewed designs are private by default.

Launch requirements.

Before trading publicly, the operator must replace these initial operating disclosures with complete, jurisdiction-appropriate terms, including business identification, contact details, cancellation and return rules, tax handling, and consumer rights. Nothing here is intended to limit statutory rights.
